This written warranty is in compliance with the National Association of Home Builders guidelines and provides you the peace of mind of clear and concise national standards for handling occasional issues should they occur after the purchase of your new home. In order to offer a 10-year structural warranty of this kind, Professional Warranty Service Corporation requires a third party licensed engineer to inspect each home during various stages of the construction process and provide multiple reports confirming sound construction methods and the home’s structural integrity.
