If you do not already have a lot, we will work with you to see if any of our current lots and home sites work for you. How Much Will My Home Cost?
There are many factors that contribute to the final cost of a new home. We will work with you within your budget to see if we have the floor plan, upgrades, and plan modifications that will work best to stay within your comfort zone while you build your new home.

We are more than happy to see what you are already working with and review the floor plans you may already have. With our extensive home building experience, you may find that some of our plans, with modifications, can be the perfect blend with the selections you want and the homes we build.
How Long Does it Take To Build Our New Home?
Several factors can contribute to the timeline and construction of your new home. From permitting, to inspection and weather permitting we try to build your home within a 6-9 month time period. You will work one-on-one with our New Home Specialist, our Builder, and our Designer to keep you on track during the construction process. We keep you involve throughout the construction process.
