Things You Cannot Miss in OKC

People of all ages will be intrigued with a day visit to The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. Here you will find a wonderful collection of historic pieces dealing with the wild west, from genuine cowboy clothes to authentic Native American pieces.
Get Away from the City
Located in nearby Edmond, Ok, Arcadia lake is a local favorite. Get away from the city for a day and visit this refreshing piece of nature. Fishing, boating, camping, and more can all be enjoyed just a hop and a skip away from the city.
Visit Frontier City
What’s that you say? You are aching for more of the wild west? Well, you certainly will be spoiled for choice when it comes to historic charm in OKC. Another fun adventure awaits you at the wild west themed amusement park, Frontier City. Boasting gunfighter stunt shows and over 50 rides, you are sure to have a good time.
Myriad Botanical Gardens
In the heart of downtown OKC lies the never disappointing Myriad Botanical Gardens. Within it’s 15 acres you can find a children’s park, off leash dog park, and quite a few walking and running paths. Occasionally, you can attend concerts as well as attend classes on chocolate making and much much more.
