Sneak Peak at the 2009 Parade of Homes

Feel that slight Autumn breeze in the air? That means it's almost time for the 2009 Parade of Homes! We know for many of you, the Parade of Homes is quite possibly your favorite yearly holiday. This year the Parade will take place September 26 through October 4th and will partner with the Bricktown Home and Garden Festival. Two great events packed into two exciting weekends! Get your track shoes on!

One of our featured communities, Canyon Lakes, off Killpatrick Turnpike and Council will serve as the Featured Development for the Parade this year. Last year we welcomed over 1200 paraders and this year we expect none the less. Our feature home at 7616 NW 134th Street is a Meditteranean style villa with grand features such as a walk-out balcony from the upstairs theatre room, an Italian piatza style courtyard and fountain, an outdoor kitchen and built-in cozy fireplace and a dramatic gourmet Old-world style kitchen fit for any HGTV Italian diva cooking show. Upstairs, the men will love the "man cave" theatre room and beverage bar.
