Buying a Home Based Off a Virtual Tour

We all understand that no one wants to buy a home based on a virtual tour. Most people would all prefer to walk through the home themselves in order to get a feel for it. Having said that, with the current state of things, it is not possible. McCaleb Homes understands everything that is involved in the home buying process. That is why we have made sure to give you more than one way to tour our homes virtually.

3D Virtual Tours

This is a feature that we have always had when it comes to how we do things. You will find on our 3D tour page where you can take a tour of each of our floor plans. Each floor plan that you see will be fully furnished so that you can get a true idea of what it looks like. You can walk through at your own pace and look around at everything. Additionally, what you find is that this was taken at the average height of a person. It truly gives you a realistic view of what your home floor plan is like.

VIP Virtual Tours

We are also offering you the ability to take a tour with one of our New Home Consultants. This will give you the ability to see the actual home you are looking at. The advantage to taking one of these tours is that you can ask the new home consultant any questions that you have. As they take you through the home you can ask them to show you specific things about the house that you saw on the virtual 3D tour as well.

The combination of these two tours will give you everything you need when it comes to deciding whether you should buy the home or not. However, if you are still feeling leery about if you should buy it or not you can always get another set of eyes on it. Home Inspectors are still working and allowed into a home. They can give you a detailed report about what they see and if there are any issues that you need to know about.​
