LOCK IN 2012 PRICING NOW

Price increase February 28th

Fortunately the past year has shown the largest increase in new home sales in years. Unfortunately, this great news may have come too late for many suppliers of lumber and other construction products. During the recent recession many suppliers simply went out of business. This is especially true for suppliers of quality lumber and trim. This leaves home builders with fewer options and requires having to pay a much steeper price for quality building materials.

McCaleb Homes is committed to provide nothing but the very best in quality and craftsmanship in every home we build. In order for us to continue to be able to maintain the standard that has become synonymous with the McCaleb Homes' name we will have to initiate a 5% price increase.

However, there is still time to act on 2012 pricing! This increase won't occur until February 28th, so there is still time to lock in pricing before then on your brand new dream home.

We will continue to strive for excellence in every home we build and that is our never ending commitment to our homeowners.
