Introducing Centennial at Iron Horse Ranch

We're so excited this week to announce our newest community for McCaleb Bungalow Collection homes. Centennial at Iron Horse will be located just north of the brand new Centennial Elementary School and just east of the prestigious Iron Horse community on Coltrane between Sorghum Mill and Coffee Creek. This community will feature premiere builders and will highlight a vintage feel. With homes inspired by the 1900s through 1940s, Centennial will have a step-back-in-time feel similar to the ambiance of Arbor Creek. While McCaleb Homes will be building Bungalow craftsman style homes, other builders plan to build styles like Tudor, Farmhouse and Mission style.

Homeowners will be allowed to use the water park across the street at Iron Horse until the private pool in Centennial is completed.
