Caleb McCaleb - Owner and President
Caleb McCaleb is the President of McCaleb Homes, Inc. which develops new home communities in Edmond and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Caleb is responsible for land acquisitions, finance, and design of the company’s master plan communities. He is a 30 year veteran of the home building business and works with many local, state, and national community leaders to promote the success of the new home industry.
Caleb presently serves on the National Association of Home Builders Board of Directors and his Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association Board of Directors. Caleb has been recognized as the OKC Builder of the Year and a 4-time winner of the Green Builder of the Year. He has authored and been featured in numerous articles for national publications. His passion for the new home business and his love for kids has led to multiple Dream Home Tours and Street of Dreams Events to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation, The Hope Center, Hearts and Hands International, and Children's Hospital Foundation.
He is actively involved in his civic duties as Henderson Hills Baptist Church International Construction Team Leader, Membership Chair on the NAHB Builder 20 Club, US, and Edmond Chamber of Commerce member and Building Committee Chairman of the Arcadia Lake Trails Commission.
Caleb is a native Oklahoman and a member of the Chickasaw Nation. He holds a BBA degree from Baylor University majoring in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. He and his wife, Terri, have been married for 31 years and have three children; Carter, Braden, and Kylie as well as one granddaughter: Cherish. He loves to spend time with his family and enjoys his hobbies with them. Caleb is an avid cyclist, scuba diver, sailor, and hiker.
Terri McCaleb - Co-Owner and Interior Designer
Terri McCaleb is not only co-owner of McCaleb Homes, she is also our interior designer. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in housing design and has worked off and on with our customers for over 24 years, taking leaves of absence only to raise her and Caleb’s three children. She has taught interior design at the college level, but most enjoy working one-on-one with our customers, sharing her expertise to help them create their own personally- styled interior design. Kylie (McCaleb) Byford - Sales and Marketing Manager
Kylie is our Marketing Manager and Online Sales Consultant for McCaleb Homes. Kylie is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. She has gained valuable experience throughout her college career as she interned at various companies in the metro area. Kylie enjoys volunteering at the Edmond Animal Shelter, playing sports, taking photography, and spending time outdoors with her husband Collin, their son Ryder, and their dogs Averie, Rowdie, and Hollie. Braden McCaleb - Operations Manager
Braden McCaleb is the Operations Manager for McCaleb Homes. Braden started off working for McCaleb Homes at an early age sweeping out houses and cleaning up job sites. Braden attended The University of Oklahoma earning his BBA in Business Entrepreneurship and Venture Management in Price College of Business. Braden is currently attending The Gene Rainbolt Graduate School of Business through The University of Oklahoma to earn his MBA. After working in Dallas for a couple of years for K. Hovnanian Enterprises, a national homebuilder, Braden has now returned home to work for the family business. He enjoys OU football, spending time with his wife Haley and their dog Lily, and being around friends and family.
Elizabeth Metzler - Office Administrator
Elizabeth is our outstanding office administrator at McCaleb Homes. She has a background in commercial construction and loves the everyday challenge of working for a major residential building company. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys being outside with her two horses, running and spending time with friends and family, her husband Cory, and their son Nolan.
Darcy Oviatt - New Home Consultant
Darcy Oviatt is a New Home Consultant for McCaleb Homes. He has been in the Real-estate industry in the Oklahoma City metro for over 15 years. He is originally from Kansas and attended Wichita State University. Darcy has 4 children: Kelsey, Jake, Clayton and Levi. He has served in the Active Army for 4 years and 3 months (He got called back in for Desert Storm). Kailey Kerr - New Home Consultant
Kailey Kerr is a New Home Consultant for McCaleb Homes. Kailey graduated from Edmond Memorial High School and then attended the University of Arkansas. She always knew she wanted to move back and do something that helped with the growth of her community. She has been in the New Home Industry for six years now. Kailey enjoys going to sporting events and anything with live music. She has a beautiful little girl, Sawyer, and an adorable pup named Finn. Khai Berry - New Home Consultant
Khai Berry is a New Home Consultant for McCaleb Homes. Khai was born and raised in Oklahoma. After his time as an athlete for the University of Mississippi, his love for Oklahoma brought him back home. Khai has spent years helping families with finding their dream home. Matti Hunter - Design and Marketing Assitant
Matti graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Housing, and Merchandising. Before entering the home industry, she worked in the wedding industry where she helped create unforgettable memories for couples. She has always been passionate about design and marketing and is excited to be a part of a new home owner’s journey! Matti is married to her husband Jake and they have the sweetest baby girl, Rosie Ray. She enjoys making memories with her family and venturing out to local coffee shops!
Justin Blew - Construction Manager
Justin is our Construction Manager. He is originally from Edmond and has lived and worked in San Antonio too. Justin and his wife, Kristy, moved back to Edmond to raise their children Alita and James and be closer to family. He graduated from Edmond North High School and has a BBA in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Justin has been involved in Residential Construction and Project Management for over 15 years. He enjoys spending time with his children, family, music, and OU Football.
Taylor Stevens - Builder
Taylor is a member of our construction team. He grew up in Edmond before joining the United States Marine Corps for 6 years. Taylor has worked in the construction industry for several years serving in multiple areas to gain valuable experience. Taylor and his wife Kaydee moved back to Edmond and have three daughters: Charlotte, Brighton, and Penelope. Taylor enjoys spending time with family, OSU football, and outdoor activities.
Collin Byford - Builder
Collin is a member of our construction team. He was born and raised in Edmond, OK. He went to college at Oklahoma State University where he met his wife, Kylie (McCaleb) Byford. After graduation, Collin started renovating homes on his own for several years then went to work as a project manager at a Remodeling Company. He decided to leave the remodeling side and join the family business with his wife in the beginning of 2022 as one of our builders. Collin and his wife, Kylie, have one son named Ryder as well as three pups named Averie, Hollie and Rowdie. In his spare time, Collin enjoys hunting with his dog Rowdie, woodworking, and spending time outdoors with his family/friends.
Ty Higgins - Builder
Ty is a member of our construction team. He was born and raised in Stillwater, OK. He joined the Army National Guard right out of high school and served doing a tour for Operation Iraqi Freedom. He went to college at Oklahoma State University and graduated with a BS in Construction Management. He has been a home builder for 8 years. Ty and his wife Kristina have been married for 15 years and have 4 beautiful children: Kitelyn, Peyton, Hunter, and Blakely. In his spare time Ty competes in Steak Cookoffs and BBQ competitions. He also enjoys watching his kids play sports, going to the lake, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Clint Higgins - Builder
Clint is a member of our construction team. He was born and raised in Stillwater, OK. Clint has worked in residential construction for 8 years. Clint and his wife Melissa have been married for 14 years and have four children: Ashlynn, Tracen, Brody and Kinsley. He enjoys watching his kids play sports, woodworking, spending time outdoors and watching OSU Football.
Aaron Peterson - Project Completion Manager
Aaron is a member of our construction and warranty team. He is a lifelong Oklahoman and has been involved in home building and remodeling for the last 30 years. Starting out with McCaleb Homes in the ‘90’s and then transitioning to his own company (all while working with McCaleb Homes), he decided his time has come full circle and joined back with McCaleb Homes team! In his free time, Aaron enjoys reading, fishing, hiking, watching OU football and spending time with his wife Kimberly and their daughter Maddie!
JT Yeargin - Draftsman and Estimator
JT is a part of our office staff as our Draftsman and Estimator for McCaleb Homes. JT is from Piedmont, Oklahoma and he graduated from SWOSU in 2015 with a BS in Industrial Technology. JT has been in the building industry for 5 years between sales, materials, and design, previously with a national building supplier. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife Shanna and daughter Stella.
Hayden Hardin - Estimating and Operations Assistant
Hayden is Construction, Estimating, and Operations Assistant in our office staff for McCaleb Homes. Hayden was born and raised in Edmond. After graduating high school, Hayden attended the University of Oklahoma earning his bachelor’s degree in Finance. He worked as an intern for McCaleb Homes looking to gain experience in the residential home building industry for a little over a year before joining the team full time. In his free time, Hayden enjoys cheering on his alma mater & the OKC Thunder, exercising, listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends.
Leland Gross - Customer Service Manager
Leland is our Customer Service Manager. He is a lifelong Oklahoman and has been involved in home building for the past 14 years. Leland spends his free time running, camping, playing board games with close friends, and spending time with his wife Christy and their daughter Ava.
